How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received and verified. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days.
Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
Expedited options are available at checkout.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Do you offer refunds?
No. All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our grooming and personal care products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
What if my package arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, Players' Choice Elite currently ships throughout the United States.
